Also, the rules about what you can or cannot do on your own patio are annoying and the towing company they use is overly active about towing from the future resident spots but they won't warn you.

Nice quite community, parking enforcement is very stupidsubmitted by Joshua M. - |Recommended: Yesthe parking program is ridiculous, never get any email reminders that your pass is about to expire. and the parking management company can tow any car in your spot I agree with everyone having an assigned parking spot, but is SO STUPID that someone has the authority, other than the renter, to tow a vehicle without even calling the renter to see if the car parked in their spot is allowed to be there. this is a service that we the renters have to pay for and then they can tow the vehicle that you parked in your spot. the renters should be the only one to have the authority to have a car towed that is in their spot. Ridiculous that we have to pay 35 a year and they can tow your car without even calling the renter to see if the car parked in their spot is allowed to be there. Assign a spot to each renter and the renter should be the only one with the authority to have a car towed if parked in their spot. In short the whole parking permit fee and not checking with the renter before they tow IS VERY VERY DUMB. It is over 300 to get the car out of impound and I the renter parked it there. Unessecary fee to the renter and no courtesy call before they tow is beyond STUPID. TERRIBLE ARRANGEMENT AND AN ADDITIONAL COST TO THE RENTER THAT IS NOT NECESSARY
Beautiful complex with some tenant issuessubmitted by AMALA K. - |Recommended: YesThe management is great. Natalia is always quick to respond to any requests and help us with anything we need. The maintence crew is also great. They are very diligent and constantly fixing working on beautifying the complex grounds. My only real negative remarks are about some of the tenants. No one is following the 25lb max dog rule, large dogs everywhere and owners are terrible at picking up their poop or keeping their pets of all sizes on leashes. I worry every time I’m out with my leashed small dogs Incase some other dog will rush at us off leash. The garden areas do have a big flea problem which is annoying as my 9 year old dog has fleas for the first time in her life since moving here. I wish there were more parking available but Decoro always has spots available. Overall a great complex.
